First floor, three bedrooms
Flint has a living room which overlooks the front of the building. It has a dining table and 4 chairs under the window, two comfortable sofas, USB charging points and a digital flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen area overlooks the rear garden. The apartment has its own internal staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find the bathroom and bedrooms. The bathroom has a double-head shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and has views over the rear garden towards the Great Orme. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 is a single and also enjoys views towards the Great Orme. Tea towels, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet roll and hand soap are provided. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and biscuits, along with a pint of fresh milk, also ensures that you can enjoy a hot drink on arrival.

Easy access to town and beaches
Hamilton is only a short walk on the flat to nearby shops, eateries and attractions, not forgetting our two lovely beaches and Llandudno train station.

Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchens include everything needed for a home from home; microwave and full size electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and all crockery, utensils and glasses.
Laundry facilities
Our guests have use of a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. There is a nominal charge per wash and dry, with washing powder provided.
Shower and bath
Conwy has a walk in shower. Beaumaris & Denbigh have separate baths and showers. Flint has a shower over the bath. All have a heated towel rail. Towels can be provided for an extra charge.
Full size beds with bed linen
There are four pillows per double bed along with a duvet and blankets for extra cosiness.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building with password details in each apartment’s Guest Information folder.
Free parking
Our spacious car park has easy access from Trinity Avenue, a wide and quiet road. A car parking space is guaranteed for each apartment.
